HTML 5 <b> tag: The HTML <b> tag is used for specifying bold text. It markup the text as bold without conveying any extra importance.
You can also use the <h1> to <h6> tags for headers, stress emphasis should use the <em> tag, importance should be denoted with the <strong> element, and text marked or highlighted should use the <mark> tag.

HTML 5 <base> tag: The HTML <base> tag is used to specify a base URI, or URL, for relative links. If you can set the base URL once at the top of your page, then all subsequent relative links will use that URL as a starting point. The <base> tag must go between the head element.
Also, there must be only one base element per document. The <base> tag must have either an href attribute, a target attribute, or both. It does not support any standard attribute and events.
