HTML 5 <label> tag
The <label> tag is used for adding a label to a
form control. It provides a excellent usability for mouse users, because if the
user clicks within the label on the text it toggles the control. The <label> tag
provides users to select a radio button or checkbox option by clicking on the
label.

HTML 5 <legend> tag
The <legend> tag is used for providing a title
or explanatory caption for the rest of the contents of the legend element's
parent element like as <fieldset>, <figure>, and the <details> elements. By
using the <legend> tag, you can make the forms and other elements much easier to
understand for the users.
