HTML 5 <li> tag
The <li> tag is used for specifying a list item
in ordered, unordered, directory, and menu lists. This element can be used in
conjunction with the <ol>, <ul>, and <menu> elements.

for the HTML document. It can include document decription, keywords, author etc
and also used to refresh the page or set cookies.
