Create hyperlink using "a" tag in HTML 5

The HTML <a> tag is used for creating a hyperlink to another web page. You can use the href attribute to specify the destination of a link and remember if the href attribute is not present, the <a> tag is not a hyperlink.
When a link is created it will appear underlined and blue in color. If you visit the link it changes its color to purple and active link appears red. Difference between HTML 4.01 <a> tag and HTML 5 <a> tag is that in HTML 4.01, the <a> tag could be either a hyperlink or an anchor but in HTML 5, the <a> tag is always a hyperlink.

A link to Microsoft.com:

- framename - Open the linked document in a named iframe.
