Create a multiple records form by using the multiple items tool 

The access form is display a single record at a time in a form, or another that we want to display multiple records in a form then we use multiple items tool.  

These are the various steps to create multiple records in access 2010

  • First we create a blank database in access 2010.

  • We click the table or query, where we want to see on our form, in the navigation pane.

  • Then we open the table or query in datasheet view.

  • On the create tab, in the forms group, click more forms, and then click multiple items.

  • After create a multiple items,
