Lpq Command In Windows Server 2008
This article describes Lpq command in Windows Server 2008 operating system and also explain it's syntax.
Lpq command in Windows Server 2008 is used to shows the status of a print queue on a computer running Line Printer Daemon (LPD). Lpq command is also lists the status of all the available printers. Syntax used for Lpq command is given below.
Lpq -S <ServerName> -P <PrinterName> [-l]
Parameters For Lpq
||Defines the computer or printer sharing device that hosts the LPD print queue with a status that you want to display.
||Defines the printer for the print queue with a status that you want to display.
||Defines that you want to display details about the status of the print queue.
||Shows help at the command prompt.
