Financial Function  in Excel 2010

Financial function is the such type of function that use for calculate financial or business calculation. It mainly use for loan amount to find the what the monthly cost we have to paid. To calculate financial value we use PMT() function.

To use Financial function we have to follow following steps.

Step 1

Open Worksheet and select cell where we want to use financial function.

On Formula tab and click on Insert Formula.

Step 3

Then a  dialog box will be open. Where we select PMT function and click Ok.

Step 4

After its a Function Arguments dialog box will be open.

Step 5

In Rate area enter Interested rate. (5%)

In Nper area enter period of payment loan. (5 year)

In Pv area we enter total Loan Amount. ($100000.00)

Step 6

And Click on Ok. Result will be displayed.
