Finding Data in Excel 2010

Finding data is an option in Excel by which we can find the specifics data from lot of of data on Excel worksheet.

To Finding data we have to follow following steps.

Step 1

On the Home tag in Editing group Click on Find and select.


Step 2

Then a list menu will be open in list menu select Find option or press Ctrl+F.


Step 3

Then a Find dialog box will be open. where we enter value that we want to find and Click on Find Next or Click on Find All.

When we want to find value one by one then we click on Find Next and when we want to Find all value at a time then Click on Find All.
